A nice hotel that is undergoing some updating and improving with the addition of Air conditioning units in the rooms. We had a unit in the room but unfortunately it wasn't working. The hotel is situated near quite a busy road so if the window is opened it gets to be quite noisy. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. We were unable to get dinner in the resteraunt but there are some eateries around the area and a hypermarket within walking distance. Breakfast was continental as one might expect but was good value.

The hotel was well positioned for our trip … The outside of the property is tired and in need of an upgrade. But as they say “don’t judge a book by the cover”! The room was good/clean,bed comfy and all laundry fresh . The breakfast was continental but unbelievably good value . We traveled in a high value vehicle and the carpark was gated and secure. Overall a good experience.

This was a place that was away from the main area of Orleans and a car absolutely necessary. Free car parking available which is always a bonus in Europe. The room was a triple room but extremely cramped and not ideal when you are travelling with a lot of luggage. Not a lot of interaction with staff other than check in and check out but seemed personable enough. Thought the price was a little bit expensive for what we got.

Tout est ok . Petit point , manque fermeture pile télécommande télé chambre 21 , évacuation douche cassée mais sa arrive souvent . Absence de touillettes à café ou thé dans la chambre. Le reste parfait parking ,emplacement pour se rendre aux centre Arena .

Trop cher pour le confort de cet hotel

Les moquettes au sol ne donne pas une image propre du sol. La manivelle de la fenêtre était cassée et empêchait d'ouvrir le store. Pas de climatisation, ce qui est problématique en été. L'extérieur de l'hôtel est assez délabré

A rénover absolument

L'hôtel a des photos bien faite sur les sites de réservation. Mais arrivée sur place on voit bien que la structures en bois extérieur est très tres abîmé. Le garde corps de la fenêtre avait le mérite d'être visible mais je doute sur son efficacité réel. Quand a la vues 🙈

Idéalement situé

Tres bon accueil. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle. Petit bémol : dommage que la reservation n'est pas été bien lu car petit lit superposé dans un peit recoin difficilement accessible pour un jeune homme de 17 ans. Petit déjeuner complet (sucré et salé). Et le plus, idéalement situé pour se rendre au zenith à pieds.

Une honte notre pire expérience

J’avais réservé une nuit pour être proche de l’Arena. Le jour de la réservation je reçois l’appel de l’hôtel en me disant que des chambres ont été dévastées. On me propose de nous transférer dans un autre hôtel à 5 mn à Olivet. J’accepte. Ce qui n’était pas mentionné c’est que cet hôtel est un 2 étoiles et non un 3, mais le pire c’est que le vendredi soir est organisé un rodéo urbain sauvage lors duquel une bande de blaireaux fait exploser les moteurs de grosses cylindrées et les tests de sono surpuissants qui vont avec. Personne a le réception, et une grosse frayeur avant de rentrer dans l’hôtel. Bref pas dormi… et naturellement on ne nous avait pas prévenu. Sans compter l’horrible odeur de Javel dans la chambre. Il y a tellement de commentaires négatifs sur cet établissement, pas de bol je n’avais pas vérifié. Hôtels.com a envoyé un message mais toujours pas de réponse. Une belle bande d’escrocs !

Pour une nuit à deux et petit dej… Arrivée en chambre, toute petite ! Wc avec urine, traces excréments sur le mur côté papier toilette. Serviettes sales (traces et cheveux dessus) Pour finir au vu du prix du petit dej, 9:15, que 4 pains aux chocolats plus de pain trois madeleines… Plus que décevant, payer 104€ pour si peu de propreté et de qualité de petit dej c’est décevant !!!

Nous avons été relogé dans un autre hôtel du groupe suite à des incivilités dans celui ci. Mais ce nouvel hôtel « Confort Orléans Olivet » était juste innaceptable : • propreté à revoir • odeur de javel dans la chambre • odeur de tabac dans la salle de bain • les serviettes de bains étaient totalement imprégnées de l’odeur de tabac = résultat pas de douche !!! Inacceptable !!!
