There is nothing says it’s a family hotel We had a issue and want to talk to the hotel manager, she made it so hard, the front desk called her 3 times, we thought she was home turning out she was just next door in the office. MALINSKA GREEN APARTMENTS
All in all the stay was good, but the checkin took way too long. It was a long line of people waiting outside the reception, and it took 1,5 hours to check in.
