“One of the beds was not in a good condition. My daughter could not sleep that night because de bed was inclined to one side. So the next night we had to make reservation in other hotel because of that night experience. ”

“Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.”

“The property is beautiful, in a great location, and most of the staff were very polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room was a major disappointment. We booked an ocean-view suite and paid about $2,000 extra for the upgrade, which nearly doubled the cost of our stay.
