Casa Vera exceeded all of our expectations. The personal attention to detail and warmth of the owner and staff are exemplary. Do yourself a favor and book dinner at the Casa Vera Enoteca as well - absolutely incredible food and service.

This was an EXCELLENT stay!! We had a private apartment suite. It included a full kitchen, bathroom, and 2 rooms. I didnt realize the size of it when we booked, it was just me and my husband. The staff was so friendly and guided us to the best parts of the city. 15 minute walk from the funicular. You can take the bus from the station of you prefer, 5 minute walk from the duomo. Whple trip was bsolutely stunning!!!! Highly recommend this hotel

Our mini apartment was so cute! Everything was perfect, the balcony behind the bathroom was perfect and the walking distance to the historic center is amazing. Also the owners offering a breakfast for 5 euro ( coffee, cappuccino, hot tea. Yogurt, fruit, fresh orange juice, crostata and biscotti home made very yummy! All of these buffet style.

Casa Vera is a wonderful guesthouse a few mins walk from the Duomo. My room (Primula) was clean and comfortable and I especially enjoyed the kitchenette and small balcony. I also loved the buffet breakfast which was served in the Cantina Vera. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend this place enough. It is rustic in location, but modern in amenities. Checkin was fast and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful in getting tickets and accomodations set. The location was easy to walk around in, though we are in shape and younger. I was concerned at the quality we might get because the price was so low, but wow. This place made the experience so much better in Orvieto.

Cozy, spacious, good location with excellent serv

The flat is cozy, spacious, clean, tidy and well equipped. Many good resturants are near the apartment. Its location is good and very close to the sightseeing within 5-10 min walk. The apartment staff Rita customer service is excellent, responsible and very helpful. Without elevator is a concerned for elderly people if they are carrying luggages. Other than that, it is a perfect accommodation.

Medieval Charm Updated To Today’s Expectations

Not only was the unit exceptional, the owners service was above our expectations as well. While the unit was in a structure hundreds of years old, the updating to the interior was done very well and was very up to date.

The room was nicely decorated and in spite of being a little small, it was very comfortable. Rita gave us excellent directions and guided us over the phone as we approached the property which is centrally located. We only stayed for one night and hope to spend a week here in the near future. God's presence is palpable in Orvieto.

Wonderful place to stay in Orvieto

They were wonderful! We were driving and trying to find the hotel and Areianna found us and made it all right. We weren't too far off course but narrow Italian streets were difficult to navigate. The room was very comfortable and I only wish we could have stayed longer!

SO NICE HATED TO LEAVE

Much nicer than anticipated!! Highly recommend. Central location. I had room Pinicula (sp) on 2nd floor (up stairs — no elevator but receptionist helped carry my stuff. Little kitchenette with table & chairs, 2 gas burners, frig, dishes, coffee/tea. 1 bottle water provided. Bed firm comfy. Balcony patio off the bathroom with table & chairs, umbrella. The breakfast was basic: coffee or tea, yogurt in container, banana, cereal, pastry.

The apartment comes with a balcony and mini kitchen. Super quiet place and 5-10 mins walk to everywhere. Super friendly and accommodating staff. This is my second visit so it says a lot! I will come again.
