Nice clean room, just outside tube station. Free Shuttle available to the airport. Ammenities should be already available in the room instead of carrying it after check in and number of towels available should reflect the number of people sleeping.

Greeted by dinosaurs at checkin as was totally automated—might be stressful to some. Did not see a staff member until went to Onson next day. Enjoyed Onson!
