Staff were very friendly & helpful. The facility/room extremely clean. The hotel offers body wash (which I loved) shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush/paste, even a hair tie. The hotel is literally within walking distance from the hotel. The only downfall was that I was not allowed to use the spa because of my tattoos. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

If you’re coming to this region of Japan, definitely a hotel that you want to stay at, but it’s strange because less than a few blocks away is another similar property. That’s just a little bit closer to the river. But I love this location being right next-door to a large grocery store and I would definitely stay here again

Great stay here at APA! Super close to Shin Osaka station which made it very convenient to get around Osaka. Hotel was quite nice, very clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Hands down the best location, as it’s next to the Shin-Osaka station. Amenities were great, they provide an actual quality shaving razor. Also near Family Mart for anyone wanting a budget breakfast or dinner. Highly recommend for tourists.

The property is very well located, with grocery stores nearby and Osaka Station just a 5-minute walk away. The only downside is that the air conditioning only functions in heating mode; so, if you visit during a hot season—or if you prefer to sleep comfortably in a cool room, as is my case—that won't be possible.
