It was awesome! One of the front desk guys Joon I think it was, was super helpful helping us send our luggage to our next stop. Beds super comfortable, housekeeping came every day to do a full clean and free water bottles, very similar to most American chains so I loved it! Asides from the grouchy receptionist the last night that told us that it was “dark hour” to go hang out to the 2nd floor that we did not know was a place to hang out since early morning you gotta pay to get in.
This was the first leg of our trip, and we stayed here for three days. The place is very convenient and close to Dotonbori, as well as convenience stores and restaurants nearby. There is also a farmers market close to the hotel.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was well maintained. It is also within walking distance of the metro station.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
