The staff are great and helpful! Our room is clean and spotless but there’s just one time that the cleaner left the trash in 1 of the seat and did not finish clearing the room. The hotel location is great, very near to everything - stations and stores.

We were thoroughly impressed with the accommodating staff even when we panicked to get a cab. The room was the only perfect size for us and it was very clean, comfortable and spacious compared to other ones we stayed at. We stayed here towards the end of our Japan trip after having already stayed in a different area of Osaka. This spot is awesome if you'd like to be near Dotonbori and the nightlife around there! The hotel was quiet while being close to the busy area and had great amenities to help yourself to in the lobby. Our room a nice bathtub in our bathroom and comfortable firm beds. We'd recommend staying here!

Easy access to family mart and with Aeon supermarket next door is super convenient. Coin laundry is just 2mins walk is awesome as well. Hotel staff is helpful and very responsive to deal with clogged toilet situation

The hotel is close to a subway station. It is convenient. It’s also a 7 minute walk to dotonburi which is nice. The staff were nice and the rooms were clean. AC worked well too. The hotel was really busy when we were here during the expo so the elevator took awhile. I probably would stay again.
