Hotel was nice and clean liked the view from our room. The room was not overly large and I felt the pillows were not the most comfortable. I appreciated the toiletries provided but wish they would provide instant coffee or tea as well

This is a little more of a four-star hotel than five from my experience and they should probably call it that so expectations are there but we thought it was great. It is HUGE and has shopping attached so think more full on resort than hotel. Very busy hotel. Only complaint is they only had outrageously priced laundry service, give me that token laundry room or be reasonable.

It is a beautiful and huge property with all the restaurants and coffees places along with shopping areas walkable distance. Don't forget to get 29th or higher floor rooms. Spectacular views!

This was a really pleasant experience staying at this hotel. I actually didn’t realize how fancy this hotel was when I booked it, but it was a pleasant surprise for sure. The view is stellar, even at the lower hotel level on the 27th floor. The staff was amazing and great to deal with. The breakfast was excellent (both the Japanese a Western ones, though we were partial to the “unlimited” fresh pastries). I would 100% stay here again.
