This hotel is right where you want to be in Osaka. Very near shopping and dining areas. Walkable to.the metro too. The rooms are decent. There is a dining area after the lobby, that offers hot soup and beverages to compliment your take home snacks. I recommend this hotel.for the convenience and value for money it offers.

Beautiful property and nice friendly staff. Can walk almost all areas of Osaka from his hotel. Really close to metro and train station. Really comfortable rooms.

Very tight space bathroom; hitting my own elbows left and right. Walkable to train station. There’s a strong toilet smell in the bathroom if there is no key on wall for electric ventilation to work.

Great location, helpful staff, clean hotel
The hotel was clean and relatively spacious since we were able to open 2 luggages! The hotel staff was great and helpful in providing advice on routes to different destinations, and even helped us to book taxi! The hotel was also ideally located along Shisaibashi shopping street, and there are food options even till late night. It is also within walking distance to metro station! Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here in the future

If you're looking for a no-frills place to have a clean bed and shower in the middle of a jam-packed trip (what trip to Japan isn't?), then this would be a good option. We booked a 2 twin bed room, which was small by American standards but maybe not by others. The bathroom was small but clean and looked newly installed. The BEST thing about this hotel, is the location. It's perfectly situated along so many thing you'll want to see/do and places you'll want to eat, and very close to multiple metro stops. Throw a rock in any direction and you'll find a Family Mart and dozens of solid dining options. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel was the bedsheets, which felt rough and hot and the tiny pillow you get. For the price, it's a great option for a traveler with simple needs who isn't looking for a long stay and wants to be near the amazing things this part of Osaka has to offer.

We would definitely stay here again in the future! The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were nice and helpful. They also had a storage room for your luggage which was nice on the day we checked out. The only thing we didn’t like was the laundry service, the dryer does not dry your clothes even after multiple paid rounds.

A simple but nice, well equipped hotel. Right by the shopping districts and easy access to the metro. Quite a quiet street as Osaka goes too. Two very good Japanese restaurants about a 30 second walk from the hotel which we really enjoyed. Nice, friendly staff at check in. Would use this place again!

The property it’s self is amazing and super clean I doubt that there is a better place for the same price. The only thing keeping this from being a perfect score for me is the area around the hotel the other buildings are pretty dirty same for the streets at least they where during my stay.

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. The room was bigger than most Japanese hotels I’ve stayed at. There was enough space to open 2 luggages. The staff were very professional and the noise level was low. It is located right by shinsaibashi, and the walk to the subway is about 5 minutes. It is easy to walk to dotonbori as well within 20ish minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

A good choice for Shinsaibashi
The hotel location very convienant for shopping & eating at Shinsaibashi, as well as close to the subway. The main drawback for a family of 4 is the room is very cramped. Otherwise, a very good hotel to stay at Shinsaibashi area.

Loved it!
Staff were really friendly and helpful. Twin rooms are bigger than most rooms in Japan. Location is very good near Shinsaibashi shopping street and food.
