Not an excellent choice, But acceptable!

Will NOT be an option NEXT time, the room was NOT match the photos which I was booking, the room space was much smaller, even worse, when I try to fix the right room type, the Hotel wanted to CHARGE more ........ because I didn't have any booking information hard copy on hand, only showed the booking number from email via smart phone? without Photo???

普通に快適に過ごせました。 歯ブラシがないとの口コミ情報がありましたので準備していきました。 フェイスタオルより少し大きめのタオルが準備されていて大きなバスタオルがなかったです。 布団の寝心地が良かったです。 お部屋の掃除が甘いのが気になりましたが許容範囲でした。

체크인 당일날 오후3시에 맞춰 방문하였으나 사무실 닫혀있음 전화 카톡 연락안되고 땡볕에 30분동안 방치당함. 혹시나 해서 건물안으로 들어가니 객실어디로 가라고 a4로 붙여져있음 이럴거면 미리 메세지 하나 남겨놓던가 기본이 안되어있음. 솔직히 나쁜맘먹고 객실안에 괴한이 들어가 숨어있을수도 있는 보안 상황ㅋㅋ 부랴부랴 체크인하고 객실 들어가서 에어컨 틀려고보니 세상에 이렇게 더러운 에어컨은 처음봄. 밤에잘때는 고가도로가 바로 옆이라 차소리에 잠을 못잘정도 방음하나도 안됨. 최악

위치도 나름 에비스초역과 가까워서 좋긴 햇습니다만.. 근처에는 음식점 술집 등등이 일찍닫구, 편의점도 조금 멀어서.. 그런거 빼고는 좋았어요!

Probably the best place love stayed in Osaka! I've stayed in business hotels, budget backpacker hotels, a capsule hotel and ryokan in Osaka and this was by far the best. It's not really a ryokan but self contained studio flat with balcony over looking Shinsekai and the Tsutenkaku tower. The staff show you the room and they're very helpful and speak good English. Despite being next to a motorway flyover, noise was never an issue. Superb location close to restaurants and metro.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo che dal nome sembrava un riokan ma in realtà non lo era...il personale disattento hanno provato ad assegnarci una stanza(più economica) diversa da quell pagata e dopo averglielo fatto notare ce l’hanno cambiata...non sono stati disponibili ad aiutarci a stampare i biglietti aerei...carino il fatto di essere di fronte allo zoo (coperto però completamente dalla sopraelevata!!)

오사카 최고의 한인 숙박업소라 자부합니다.

일단 한국인 직원분들이 상주하고 있어서 매우 편하구요. 가성비 좋고, 정말 조용하고, 주위 볼거리도 많으며, 접근성도 좋은편입니다. 츠텐카쿠, 아베노하루카스, 동물원, 츠텐카쿠, 난바, 덴덴타운, 메가돈키호테 등등 걸어서 갈수있는곳도 많고 지하철역도 가까워 어디로든지 쉽게 이동가능합니다. 시설 내부는 정말 깔끔하구요 비위생적인 부분은 찾아볼수가 없었습니다. 무엇보다 밤에 정말 너무 조용합니다. 진짜 조용합니다. 숙면하시기 딱좋습니다. 그리고 아침에 츠텐카쿠 종소리들으시면서 일어나심 됩니다. 근처에 라이프 대형 슈퍼마켓도 있고, 마츠야같은 24시 밥집도 있고, 편의점도 로손, 패밀리마트가 있어서 간식 사먹기도 좋습니다. 꼭 한번 가보세요. 후회 안합니다.

친구들과 가기 좋은 여관

닛폰바시, 난바, 신세카이와 가까운 여관이라 이동하기가 매우 편했습니다. 그리고 사장님이 너무나 친절하세요. 다만 야간이 되면 골목이 으스스해집니다, 다른 말로 하면 한 적해서 잠을 청하기 매우 좋았습니다, 방은 성인 남성 3명이 이용하기 알맞았습니다.

츠텐카쿠 근처에 추천하고싶은 숙박시설

주변에 츠텐카쿠와 신세카이거리가 있어 조금만 나가도 멋진 야경과 거리를 볼수 있었고 직원분이 한국분이시라 일본어를 잘 못하시는 분들도 문제없었고 그리고 친절하게 대해주셔서 편하게 지낼수 있었습니다

能看到動物和近地鐵站的酒店

好喜歡這個酒店能直接看到動物園裡的動物，而且也很近地鐵站，cp值挺高的，會再入住

에비스초 역과 가까움 통천각 바로 옆 골목으로 도보2~3분 한국인 민박이라서 소통이 원활함 한국에서부터 카톡,인터넷전화로 상담가능 선불,후불가능 매일 수건 갈아줌 냉난방 완비(오사카가 습기차서 에어컨 꼭 필요) 욕실과 화장실 분리 전자레인지,냉장고 있음,가스불 없음

가격대비 위치나 시설이나 만족합니다. 6살 아이랑 같이 사용하는데 호텔이면 매우 불편했을텐데 여기 숙소에서는 집에서 자는것처럼 편안하게 잘 잤어요~ 위치도 역에서 가깝고 유니버셜스튜디오나 난바나 어딜가나 가깝게 잘 다닐수 있었어요~ 다음에 오사카에 간다면 다시 묵고싶을 정도로 매우 만족합니다~ 또한 운영하시는 분들이 매우 친절해서 너무 좋았어요

장점 : 친절하고 가격도 저렴하고 와이파이도 되고 콘도형이고 역에서도 크게 멀지 않았어요 단점 : 근처에 신 이마미야 역이 있어 노숙자들이 간간히 보였고 화장실에서 바퀴벌레를 봤어요

泊まるだけなら十分なものでした。ワンルームマンションの一室なので、普段の生活の延長で過ごせました。タオル、シャンプー等はあるものの、歯ブラシがなかったのは残念ですが。

주변은 한적하다는 장점, 방이 생각보다 좁다는 단점

여행을 다니는 동안 옆이 차도지만 꽤나 조용한 환경이었고, 길거리도 사람이 별로 없어 조용했습니다. 하지만 생각보다 방이 좁아서 친구들과 대화하기에 좋다면 좋겠지만 잠자리가 예민하신 분들에 경우 한 방을 같이 쓰기에는 불편하실듯 싶습니다. 참고로 저희는 세명이서 트리풀룸 썼습니다.
