The hotel is above a subway station so pretty convenient. The room is quite small but has everything I need. They have free water, beer, tea and some other drinks in the mini refrigerator. The major issue I have for my stay is that their WIFI is not fast enough for video streaming, especially during peak hours at night. Also note that they do NOT refund breakfast fees if you book for 2 adults (stupid Expedia default value) but just you check in.

Excellent hotel. Very central location in Osaka. Literally right by the subway station, right across a fantastic super market and close to many restaurants and Shin-Osaka station. Room was very comfortable and spacious compared to a standard hotel room in Japan. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly too. Bonus: Great bakery downstairs by the lobby. Strongly recommend this place

The location of this hotel is spot on! There’s a subway station and a 7-Eleven right downstairs, plus the bakery on the first floor is delicious. There's a 24/7 Aeon right across the street, as well as a Matsuya and FamilyMart nearby. It’s also right next to Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street with tons of great food around. Super easy to get anywhere from Minamimorimachi Station! The front desk staff speak English and are super nice. The room is bigger than your average Japanese hotel room, and the water pressure and power supply are solid. The only downsides: the hotel Wi-Fi is pretty weak, and the bathroom sink is set a bit too low (though the bathroom itself is spacious). Indoor soundproofing is fine, but the windows don't block street noise, so I heard ambulances every single night. Overall though, I’d totally stay here again!

Loved the location as It was very close to the train and easy to get around from. Close to shopping arcade with lots of places to eat. Nice rooms and good breakfast. We had access to the club lounge, which was nice. Would have been nicer though, if they had had more variety, as it was the same snacks every day. Only the soup of the day changed and twice, they ran out of the bread.

The hotel was amazing rooms were clean promptly along with the staff being very friendly when it came to checking in or asking any questions regarding our stay. The staff for breakfast in their lounge area were very friendly and were constantly on top of their work
