沒有免治馬桶、洗衣機，對住天數多的人來說有點不方便。插座太少，沒有可以吃東西的桌面，吹風機也太小。 由於地點位置實在太方便，步行5分鐘內附近就有三個不同的車站，所以以上種種不便皆可接受。

We loved the place itself - comfortable beds and sheets, potable water, easy-to-use kettle/fridge/microwave, sufficient toilet and bath. Towels and toiletries were provided as well as utensils, glasses, and bowls. Its location is also favorable as it is near Shin-Imamaya station (JR), Daikokucho station (Osaka Matro), and Imamiyaebisu station (Nankai). It's also near Taiheinoyu, an onsen, and a handful of good places to get food from (Family Mart, Lawson, 7-11, and a bento place which runs from 5AM-3AM). A bit of a downside though, the lack of bidet inside the toilet made it slightly inconvenient to use. We also weren't able to use the slip-ons they lent because they were dirty.

Worth it!

Well-furnished and located at a highly convenient place which is just 3-min walk to the subway station. Got a convenience store downstairs and some restaurants nearby. Charged at a reasonable price and quick response on email/LINE. Will recommend this to my friends.

the location is convenient to different train stations, have a supermarket within 5 mins walking distance, 2 convenient store downstairs, restaurants are all available, only the electric socket in the room is too high for the water boiler cable, the rest are all good and clean

The best thing is the hotel is so close to train station both metro(daikokucho) and nankai koya line(imamiyaebisu). The room is clean. Bed mattress is pretty fluffy. Air conditioner and refrigerator doesn’t work properly. It’s pretty cold when we went(late October) so we didn’t need to use much. Toilet doesn’t have bidet. Bathtub is quite small. Overall is good for its price.

Great Location with All the Essentials Coveredd

From the beginning, I received fast responses to my inquiries and the check-in process was very easy. The apartment does have a little noise come in from the other people staying there, but it never interrupted my sleep so it was no problem at all. The bed was very comfortable, the room had just enough space, and the shower was spacious with a sink to freshen up provided. Best of all was the location. You have easy access to two subway lines from Daikoku Cho station as well as JR. It only a 15 min. walk from Namba station so it is okay to miss the last train. There is also an Anytime Fitness and Coin Laundry close by. Just know that the apartment does not have a washing machine. Would definitely recommend this place and would like to stay here again.

평점 믿고 예약하다 훅갑니다;

갑자기 정해진 가족여행이라, 급히 호텔을 구하다보니 그나마 가까운 곳으로 2객실을 예약을 했는데, 까는 이불에는 먼지와 머리카락이있었고 바닥 에는 하얀먼지들이 쌓여있어 물티슈로 급하게 먼지를 닦고 누웠습니다. 근데 한객실에 큰거미(중지손가락 사이즈)가 나와서 사정을 얘기하고 싶어도 무인호텔이라 직원은 오전오후 잠깐 만날수있고 호텔에 등록되어있는 전화를 시도해봐도 아예 받질 않더라고요...급히 장롱에 휴지를 쑤셔넣었는데 밀고 나오자마자 나와 5명이 한곳에 잤습니다... 진짜 테트리스마냥 잤네요 하----... 다음날 따지려고 해도 직원은 주말이라 나오지 않았고요,,,,..^^.. 무인호텔이라 이해는 하지만 전화번호는 왜 있나요;; 이런식이라면 급한상황일 생길땐 어떠한 대처도 못할것같네요,,,추가로 머리카락먼지 잔뜩있는 청소기를 부엌 싱크대 밑에 서랍에 두고 커튼 나사 빠져서 기울어져있고, 콘센트는 금이가 박살나 있고... 호텔닷컴에서 평점보고 예약했는데, 뒤늦게 확인한 구글 평점에는 더 낫더라고요.....평점은 믿을게 못됩니다ㅡㅡ

위치 가격대비 좋습니다.

가격대비 괜찮습니다. 난바나 도톤보리 신사이바시까지 걸어다녔거든요. 초등 둘데리고 걷기 괜찮은 위치였습니다. 반대로 신이마미야역도 걸어가기에 좋은위치라 공항에갈때도 아주 편했습니다. 다만 신이마미야역 주위는 쾌적하지않고 노숙자집결지라는 말도 있었는데 겨울이고 오전이라 그런가 위험하지 않았습니다. 인근에 숙소들이 은근있어서 역에 관광객들 이동이 꽤 있더라구요. 바로 건물입구에는 패밀리 마트도 있고 7분정도 걸어가면 규모가 큰 옥출마트도있어서 초밥사서 먹었습니다. 숙소근처에 일본인들로 줄이 긴 라면 맛집도있습니다. 일요일 밤늦게 숙소들어가는길에도 줄이긴걸보고 놀랐었습니다. 위치는 훌륭합니다. 시설은 좀 좁긴하지만 4명자는데 충분하고요 다만 청결도는 좀 떨어지고 추위를 아주많이타는 저로서는 겨울에 그것도 날 추운날 가서그런가 좀 추웠어요. 온풍기가있는데 그걸 계속틀면 공기가 따뜻해져서 문제는 없지만 대신 건조합니다. 3명은 사다리타고 올라가서 위에서 자는데 거긴 따뜻한 공기가 올라와서 바닥이 차가워도 요가 두껍고 공기가 따뜻해서 따뜻하게 자는데 아래에서 혼자자는 사람은 좀 공기차고 추웠습니다. 다행히 아래서 주무신분이 추위타는 분이 아니라서 괜찮았다고하고요 사다리 올라가는게 좀 경사가 있어서 저는 후덜덜했지만 초등애들 엄청 좋아했습니다. 저희는 이용하는데 괜찮았습니다.

위치는 더블 역세권으로 지하철 접근편리 내부 난방이 약간 추운느낌 입니다. 그리고 냉난방기 위 먼지 청소 좀 해주시길 바랍니다. 먼지 장난 아니에요 위치좋은 것 과 가격이 저렴한 점은 장점이나 3명이 지내기에는 좁아요~ 참고하시길 바랍니다.

The place was perfectly located near the train station, convenience stores and restaurants. I liked that it was in the quiet part of town and not in the middle of the busy tourist areas. The place was clean, spacious enough for a family of four, and had all of the necessary materials to keep the place clean for our 10-night stay.

Room Option 4인 가족여행으로, 바닥에서 잠 못 자는 가족이 있어서 숙박할곳의 선택기준은 침대 갯수였다. 교통도 편리 할 것 같았고, 가장 원했던 침대가 4개 있는 방으로 선택을 하고 상대적으로 조금 비싸긴 했지만, 결재를 했다. 그러나, 실제로 배정 받은 방은 침대1개, 나머지 이불 set였다.-- 어이 상실했음, (한국에서 말하면, 좁은 복층 원룸 Office tel 같은 곳이였음- 그런 곳에서 4명이 함께 자고 나왔다) -. 관리자와의 연락 : 담당자 인지 관리자 인지 LINE으로 연락 해도 답이 없었음. -. 시설 관리 : 세탁기는 있었는데, 빈 세제통만 있어서, 허용 지물이였고 (세제를 준비하여 가시면 좋을듯) 다락방에는 전등이 있었던 것 같은데, 아에 철거를 해서, 전등 SW는 그냥 악세사리 였음. 화재 위험 때문에 전기 곤로는 사용 못했음.(방안에서 먹는 것을 포기 했음) -. 난카이센 과 지하철 역이 걸어서 1분, 3분이내 거리에 있어서 좋았음.

나쁘지않음. 장단점이 확실

수건이 리필이 안되는 점이 제일 별로였고 바닥난방이 안된다는점. 창문에서 바람이 되게 잘스며들어서 추움 ㅠㅠ 두꺼운 잠옷과 수건을 꼭 챙겨가야할것 같습니다. 시설이랑 편의성은 나쁘지않습니다. 가격대비는 만족스러운편.

連絡の不安以外は満足

立地はとても良く、難波へ行くのも天王寺へ行くのもとても楽です。何なら難波まで歩いていけるくらいです。 部屋にはシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディソープ以外に歯磨きセット、ティッシュ、トイレットペーパー、コップにお皿が用意されているので冷凍食品等をレンジで温めて食べる事も出来そうです。 部屋の隅や浴槽が汚れていたので、気になる方は自分で洗う（掃除する）必要があります。 宿泊自体は何も問題なかったのですが、施設と連絡が取れないので何かあった時が不安ではありました。
