The staff are the saving grace for this hotel. At all times we found to super courteous and helpful. However we paid for breakfast included and can report that although this was an array of reasonably tasty food, the whole lot was served stone cold at 6:30 am!! We were there for two day's and this happened both days. Also by Japanese standards the hotel was dirty and smelt slightly of urine.

Estaba segura de haber reservado una habitación doble con dos camas, y me asignaron una habitación de cama queen. El personal que atiende en recepción es amable, el que atiende por telefono no tanto. En general el hotel está bien pero es preferible para una estancia corta ya que el tamaño de la habitación es deseperante. También es un hotel de transito gracias a su cercanía con Shin-Osaka, lo que es conveniente, pero no hay mucho que ver a los alrededores.

一泊2名で予約したのに１名で予約入っていた泊まる3日前ぐらいに電話で確認した際にも同じ事言われてその時には2名様の予約で確認取れたと言っていたのに当日また同じ説明された。なんで共有されてないのか、、 1名追加の場合4千円追加で支払いが必要と言われた結局元の料金のままで泊まれたが不快でした。疲れてて早く部屋で休みたいのにチェックインで無駄な時間過ごした。報連相しっかりして下さい。

立地もよく、サクッと滞在するのに便利でした。スタッフの方も親切です。ひとつ残念だったのが、ベッドに置かれていたクッションのオヤジ臭です。どかして接触していた枕にバスタオルを掛けて寝ました。それ以外は満足です。

Wifi was terrible and kept dropping out...they need to invest in better connectivity for guests. The breakfast room on floor 2 had what appeared to be a temporary ceiling with plastic sheeting. Close location to Shin Osaka station - would suggest they publicise better instructions on how to exit complex station as multiple lines transact this station.
