Stayed here for a short time but definitely meets our needs. Hotel is walking distance from the train station, 7/11 and the small shopping centre. The male receptionist is very helpful and accommodating eventhough we check in past midnight because of delayed flight. Room is good and bathroom is good. Definitely recommend it.

The room is large compared to some hotels. There is a buffet breakfast with lots of options for a very good price.The staff are pleasant and helpful. Not a whole lot of dinning in the area and not much to do after 9:00pm. But the area round the hotel is safe and quiet. Very happy with my stay here.

The staff were super friendly and very accommodating when I informed them about my medical needs. The rooms are clean and a standard size for Japan. The bed was quite comfortable. Fresh towels everyday and they will clean your room perfectly if you place the sign on your door. Most of the literature in the hotel also has an English translation, so bonus! There is also a gender-segregated Onsen on the 1st floor. I did not use this due to my medical issues, so cannot provide an opinion. Other handy amenities include a Laundry Room with a paid Washer/Dryer, Vending Machine for soft drinks, and a free Microwave so you can heat up Konbini food. There is free curry every evening, and it's a decent curry too! It's a very short walk to the Kintetsu Station, which takes you to Tennoji in 10 minutes via a regular Semi-Express train. The car park has about 20 spaces, all big spaces with backstops for easy parking. The local area is very quiet also, being about 10 miles away from the hustle and bustle of Dotonbori and the like. The price was very reasonable, and I will definitely consider staying here again.

If you are desperate and need somewhere it is ok i guess. You pay quite abit to stay here but they charge you to use the washer/dryer and they dont work very well.

The property was new and clean but in an area where there was little to see. It required 2 or more trains to get to other areas of interest despite being close to a train station. Make sure you google map search the area before booking.

Hotel near Osaka

Great hotel location, it was really few minutes walk from Kintetsu Matsubara station. One station from Abenobashi…Semi express trains. Station number F10. Next to supermarket, shopping mall with some clothings stores, bakery, restaurants including KFC and drugstore (cosmetics included). Hotel facilities includes, on site parking, on site restaurant that serves breakfast buffet (only 500 yenes) all you can eat, selection was not that great. We bought instant coffee and had bakeries items for breakfast 😊 Rooms are not very big for western size comparison, pretty decent for Japanese standards. Functional room, with AC (thanks for it, was very hot during our stay, average temperature was 38C, feeling over 40C). Normal automatic Japanese toilet with bidet . Japanese size bath tube, is shorter than US size, but deeper, so you can take a nice relaxing soaking bath. Water pressure in Japan is always excellent. Hotel had an on site Onsen, did not have chance to use it. Because of COVID we decided not to have clean up service, we kept everything in order ourselves, hotel provided new towels, toothpaste and toothbrush and plastic bag for trash daily. We placed used towels outside door with daily trash. As the supermarket was nearby, we bought some Clorox to clean bathroom, one thing that I personally hate is mildew in the shower curtain… but it was solved with some Clorox spraying in the morning, when I return a night, it was completely clean 😊. Highly recommend this hotel.
