The property had one of the larger rooms we stayed at in Japan, very clean and front desk was very helpful when storing our luggage. The area is busy but the specific street on which the hotel is located is fairly quiet.

For how busy the area is, the rooms were very quiet. Super clean as well. My only concern would be how the property handled their early check in. If the listing could be updated to show the fees included for early check in, that would be great

Great area if you want to be in thick of things. Subway entrance is approximately 200 yds. The restaurant choices are extremely repeating. Lots of fried foods. The bath room requires a 12 in step up, bathtub is extremely small and requires a 30 in step over to get in the tub. This room would a challenge for anyone with limited range of motion. Breakfast was great.

Amazing location! You are right in the middle of Shinsekai. The zoo is right being the hotel and only cost 500 yen!! Food choices are amazing. The staff is great. They will give you 2 room keys if you ask. And from 8-10pm they have free donuts!! We stayed 10 days. The room is very small but it's Japan! You will not get a better hotel for the money.

Hotel is in shinsekai. You have plenty of restaurants at your footstep. Metro is about 5 min walk. My only complaint is that the washer and dryer does not auto lock to keep your clothes from being opened from strangers. There were plenty nights where people lined up. The issue is that there was only one Dryer with 2 washers. I would suggest bagging up your clothes and wash somewhere else

We liked our stay. The room was small but with a king size bed. Very clean. Fast check-in. Breakfast was ok, missing some juices other than tomato.

Stay at this hotel 3times(used call Willows Osaka), right now under new owner, staff is friendly and nice, room is clean and bed is on the firm side. Location is close to subway station and shopping near by. Recommend if you are looking for cheap but not terrible hotel in Tennoji area.

The location was good. Many restaurants around just steps away. Just that it charged me for an extra breakfast where i specifically stated that i have 2 adults and 2 kids with their exact age typed in the system while booking the room with an upgrade of free breakfast. I already paid extra breakfast for the booking and now i have to pay additional charge for breakfast. This is kinda rip-off.

The facility is close to subway. Easy to walk to attractions. Staff were very kind and helpful. The beds comfortable, room clean. Bathroom is slightly dated but clean.

性價比十分高的酒店！
酒店新開， 所有設施都好新， 唯獨房內的一張餐枱就很舊， 但整體都十分滿意， 接待處有免費coffee , tea , donut ， cookie， 這方面好有驚喜！另外， 一落樓就已經有大量串炸， 各式食店， 免稅藥妝和便利店， 十分之方便！

Perfectly situated to visit the extravagant Shinsekai, the hotel is modern, clean, secure and the staff is very friendly. My room was nice and big enough for me as I was alone but it may be a bit small for two people with suitcases. However, as my room faced the zoo, it was quite noisy due to the trafic especially in the morning and the sunlight was very strong despite the curtains which woke me up at 5:30 both mornings. I suggest to the hotel to invest in some heavy full black curtains or to the visitors to bring some sleep mask.

The hygienic environment of the hotel room is poor, the carpet has a lot of dust, the hotel should have changed the sheets on the third day but they didn't.
