Room were cleaned daily. Shops are nearby. Proximity to Osaka Station is a good 10 minute walk, it is very convenient for train/subway commute. The hotel does have a shuttle that will drop you off to Osaka station.

The Westin is a lovely hotel in a great location close to OsakaJR station for both metro and JR rail options. The Umeda area is lively with a wide array of eating options and wonderful shops. The hotel rooms were spacious and quiet. The breakfast had lots of high quality options. And, the staff, from reception, to hospitality, housekeeping and concierge were wonderful. Overall an excellent hotel.
