The location was very close to the attractions I wanted to visit such as Osaka Castle and Dotonburi (via subway). Hotel was clean and would stay again.

The rooms where wide and spacious very clean but only had smoking rooms which still had some cigarette smell. I’m a non smoker. To be fair I did not request for non smoking room. Breakfast buffet was ok. Overall everything was pleasant
