some guests might don't need to change towel everyday, so it's good to have a tag that can hang on the door handle for telling the staff that we don't need to change towel for that day

Property offer public bath and dry sauna as part of the stay. Room was large and comfortable. Wish there are more tv channels to choose from. Breakfast was good and lots of choice. Would definitely recommend.

Checking is 24/7, there’s two machines for this (you can use same for check out), it accepts cash and major credit cards. I read some where reception was open till midnight only which is wrong. I was concerned as my flight arrived late to Tokyo then had to travel to Osaka. The buffet breakfast is excellent, rooms are modern and clean. 20 min walking to/from JR Osaka station. I’d recommend this place and stay again if return.

スタッフが外国人で話がまともに通じない。 宅配サービスの扱いがあっても箱等の資材の販売がなければ送る事が出来ないから利用できず、近隣の宅配営業所も休日は休みで、荷物も送れなかった。室内に水はあったがお茶もコーヒーもなかった。知っていれば買ってきたのにどこにも記載がなく、不親切だと思った

リーゾナブルなホテルで、良かったです。ただ、朝食は種類が少なく毎日同じなのでちょっと物足りない感じがしました。大浴場も午後から夜のみで、早朝に利用できるといいなあと思いました。
