The room was perfect. they put in an extra bed for us (group of 3) and there was lots of space. the amenities were great, we were able to do laundry and the perfume bar was a nice touch for a night out! everyone on staff was very nice and helpful :)

Stunning hotel and fantastic team. The studio was very modern and spacious, and the service was the best we received in Japan as far as hotels go. The restaurant was also great and had a lovely atmosphere.

Staff were superhelpful especially with holding our luggage and shipping on to the next hotel. The room was large and lovely. the biggest bonus was the guest lounge with coin washing and drying machines along with sofas, coffee machines etc. Cocktails in the second floor bar were excellent

Nice room, good location. Few stations near by, close to osaka station. Bed and pillows were comfy, one of the best ive had in Japan. Lots of resturants and convenience stores near by. Easy to get to Umeda, Namba etc.

Zentis Osaka has a great central location — we were able to walk to many places. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful, and the cleanliness was excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Osaka and will happily recommend it to friends.

Beautiful design in lobby and rooms. Appreciated the free coffee and apples in the lobby! Everything was clean and the staff is very friendly! The laundry was small, slow, and expensive, with a queue of other travelers, so just went down the street to 39 Laundry which had much larger and more efficient machines, just fyi.

About a 10 minute walk to the closest subway station but convenient to a lot of small restaurants. Surrounded by locals in the area so it’s not as touristy as it would be if you stayed closer to dotonburi. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend!
