"The hotel itself was quite dated but overall the casino and other shops were pretty good. We enjoyed our stay and even won a little at the casino! We signed up for the casino bonus and got a hard rock t-shirt which is super comfy and has now become my new favourite bedtime top!"

"They need more working elevators. On vacation there no one should be waiting 30~40mins for a elevators Very poor service with only 2 working elevators.. The ice machine wasn't even working on the 48 flloor . Not even a sign said out of order on the ice machine"

"I didn't appreciate walking in the room and finding an empty bottle of lotion from previous occupants and tge toilet had remnants of someone's excrement along with yellow stains that came up easily on the base of the toilet which I felt was urine."

"Check in took longer and stressful, long lines and none of the online check was working. There should be same lift or elevator for all floors but for each floor we have to take different elevators. That was not comfortable at all. "

"The live music is next to the check-in counter, so prepare to scream back and forth to get checked in. The room smelled strongly like an ashtray from 1985, which seemed like the last time it was cleaned. We payed for a room with a view, but the filthy windows were more impressive than the view itself. Blankets were like sand paper. Room service was friendly. Front desk was friendly as well. Just a really overpriced gross hotel. "

"What I don’t like is they don’t have check in kiosks the check in line is horribly long and they don’t advertise all there restaurants on the web site etc you think you only have 3 to 4 places to eat in there until you go and realize it’s plenty of food options otherwise it’s a beautiful casino and has the best hotel gym i ever been to spa was nice rooms was cool"
