"My wife got a scald from a defective kettle. You learn a lot about a place when something goes wrong. Here, we simply could not have asked for a more caring response - they were attentive and generous and really turned a negative into a positive. Its staff like Frida which make people loyal to a hotel or chain. And for context, we spent the prior two nights at the Grand Hotel and, while its beautiful, the staff experience here is waaaaay better."

"The room was functional and the beds comfortable. The only thing was, there was an awful sewage smell coming from the bathroom, no matter how much we ran the taps and shower. It seemed to come from the shower drainage. "

"This is a great Hotel! The staff was amazing and so attentive. We loved everyone from the gentlemen who met us and helped us with our luggage, to the reception staff, and everyone we met was so pleasant and really enjoyed being there. Would stay here again but will try a couple more days as we didn’t get to see enough. Almost forgot the breakfasts - out of this world, and main restaurant for drinks and dinner exceptional. Also ate at Ahaan again great food and drinks we ate at the bar very lovely too!"

"Great location: A short walk to central station, and shops:restaurants, a few steps away from tram stops, Self check in and out. Bed is comfortable, however we had a double bed room, there is no tv, rising cups or ironing board etc in the room, a small basin without a plug, shower is not clean- hair left on the tiles and drainage hole. A A3 size / very small window. Floor is covered with plastic material like sheets. If you look for a place that close to central station, perhaps you could consider this place ."
