"The staff was great, helpful and really friendly. The breakfast was great with lots of choice. We enjoyed the pool that it went from shallow to deep and it was a good temperature. The chairs in the breakfast cornor were old and not comfortable. There were lots of homeless people in the area around the hotel. "

"Really wanted to give this property 5 stars as it is very nice, staff were excellent and the breakfast was excellent as well. My complaint is that housekeeping in our room was poor. No toilet paper, the night stand beside the bed needed a good wipe down and our phone to contact the front desk was missing the cord to plug into the wall. Everything else was amazing and we would stay there again as we were assuming that the housekeeping issues were a one off."

"There were children staying on our floor and they ran through the halls screaming at the top of their lungs….630 pm AND 630 am…we were NOT impressed! "

"Check in was smooth Wasn’t thrilled as female travellers to have a ground floor room The bedrooom window was left open which made me uneasy. Room was quiet and clean, but dated and well used Breakfast was decent, busy and the tables weren’t always properly cleaned between guests but nothing untoward. Check out was smooth too. "

"Priced right, pet friendly and we felt safe in the area. Our room was clean, breakfast was good. I would choose excellent. The pet fee of $25 per pet per night is a little high priced compared to other hotels in the area. We moved to another hotel for this reason."

"The room was very clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The breakfast was nourishing (thank you for the eggs!). The pool was the greatest asset of the visit… I just wished the hours were a bit longer! My trip took longer than expected and when I arrived at 9:00pm it was closed. "
