For me, this place is amazing. I had a really good time, quiet and calm. The breakfast was good, and it’s close to the bus station. The view from my room was also amazing, you can see the water and the clear sky.

Worth it…if you get a view on the nice side (ocean) but the view of the construction site is unfortunate and made our stay feel much less luxurious. Breakfast and the views from the breakfast area are lovely.

Besides location (a bit far from downtown) everything was amazing. Large bathroom, well-ventilated room, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. I would highly recommend if staying in Oslo!

Friendly, courteous, professional staff. EXCELLENT FOOD ALL MEALS - very fresh, tasty and great selection ! Liked that filter /sparkling water available 24hr in lobby/restaurant area. Only area for improvement is hallways and elevator could be better cleaned ( Room , restaurant and lobby area were good ). Also would be nice to have kettle in room to boil hot water.

I would have liked more information available in the room about what the hotel offered in terms of menus, opening hours and where to obtain hot drinks. There was no way of making a drink in the room and a long way to go to get one if, as I was, you are on the 6th floor

Perfect location with transport links direct to Oslo. Website states there is an indoor pool free to use however this was not the case. The website also states there are free bikes to use but doesn’t state that they are for adults only and we had our two children with us. Overall we would stay again however I would change the wording on the website so that it’s clear for future guests. The bar staff were amazing with our two children, making them different Mocktails every night.

We were abit worried it would be to far out but for the price thought id risk it and so glad i did. Bus is literally up the road. Amazing views. Shopping centre down the road with a beautiful Italian restaurant. The hotel smelt amazing. The bar is stunning. Loads of choice for breakfast. Cant recommend enough.

All good except for the restaurant, service and food quality was awful, I asked the toll waiter specifically lactose free steak and he brought it with massive butter on top of it burned and hard. Terrible experience!

Enjoyed the stay

This is a nice hotel, as long as you realize that the location is fairly isolated. Specifically, there is only one other restaurant within walking distance and it's a 10-minute cab ride to museums and downtown. We had all of our breakfasts at the hotel was well as several dinners and all were good. Bar has limited hours but the front desk has a limited selection of bottled beer. If the weather is good, recommend taking advantage of the beautiful back deck.

Es war das dritte Hotel auf unserer zweiwöchigen Skandinavienreise – leider auch das schlechteste. Wir hatten für fünf Nächte ein Superior-Zimmer gebucht. Die Ernüchterung kam direkt nach dem Check-in: Von „Superior“ war keine Spur. Das Zimmer war viel zu klein, die Betten standen auf wackeligen Beinen und rutschten beim Hinsetzen weg, die Vorhänge hingen teilweise herunter, die Gardinen waren zerrissen und der kleine Kühlschrank war halb hinter dem Vorhang versteckt (für mich ein klares Sicherheits- und Brandrisiko). Auf Nachfrage hieß es, das Hotel sei ausgebucht und es gebe nur noch Zimmer in einer niedrigeren Kategorie. Da wir jedoch Medikamente kühl lagern mussten, lehnten wir dies ab. Dankenswerterweise hat der freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption dann doch noch ein anderes Zimmer für uns gefunden – angeblich ein Upgrade auf eine „Suite“. Das neue Zimmer war zwar deutlich größer, entsprach aber keineswegs den Suiten, die auf der Hotel-Website präsentiert werden. Vor allem die Sauberkeit ließ stark zu wünschen übrig: Hinter dem Vorhang fand ich eine schmutzige Socke, unter dem Bett lag die Plastikverpackung von Toilettenrollen, und im Badezimmer war ein deutlicher Riss in der Ausstattung. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und entsprach einem guten Standard. Insgesamt bleibt aber leider der Eindruck, dass wir hier nicht die versprochene Leistung erhalten haben. Für uns steht fest: Bei Scandic Hotels werden wir in Zukunft nicht mehr buchen.

Zona tranquilla, fuori mano rispetto al centro ma ben collegata tramite trasporto pubblico a pochi metri dalla struttura. Struttura accogliente, con vista sul fiordo, ottimo servizio.
