"Tiny unlivable rooms."

Citybox Oslo
"The location is excellent. The hotel is quirky. Best part is the laundry room which we really needed at that point in the journey. But everything is paid digitally and the staff had to do something on the computer in the office to make the machines work. Very minimalist room."

"Room wasn’t serviced after first night. Requested towels. Not delivered. Had to go to reception to pick them up. Bed not made and coffee supplies not replenished. Expected more for the cost of the room. Mirror light not working."
