I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The reception staff were extremely rude and treated guests as if we were beneath them — acting like we were stupid and they were somehow superior.
We had clearly booked a room with breakfast included, but they insisted that our reservation did not include breakfast. I showed them the reservation details, and it was obvious that breakfast was listed as included. In fact, all room options in their system...

Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, everywhere in the historic heart of Bursa was within a 30 minute walk, and there is a direct light rail to the bus station nearby.
