Ein sehr gutes Hotel

Im Großen und Ganzen kann man das Hotel empfehlen ! Die Lage am Ende der Ortschaft , direkt am Darßwald ist sehr gut, man muß gut zu Fuß, mit Rad oder Auto da sein , um Zentrum , Strand oder Hafen zu erreichen , aber daß ist das Objekt seiner Geschichte geschuldet , denke ich . Zimmerausttatung sehr gut , allerdings sollte man auf die Lage achten wenn möglich ! Am "Straßenbereich" bekommt man auf den Balkonen natürlich alles mit und kann alle Gäste einzeln begrüßen und bekommt jeden Lieferanten und Gassigänger mit ... Vom Personal ging eine normale Stimmung aus , aber am besten war das Team im Spätdienst an der Bar und Service abends , ein super eingespieltes Team und total unkompliziert, da hab ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt , Lob an den Barchef !!! Man könnte sich für ein Wiederkommen entscheiden , wenn man die Lage der Zimmer bestimmen kann ....übrigens ist bei guter Auslastung der Wellnessbereich etwas minimalistisch aus meiner Sicht ...

Gutes Hotel, tolles Personal.

Wir sind das zweite Jahr schon dort. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem passt alles. Zimmer sind normaler und älterer Standart. Personal im Servicebereich sowie das Reinigungspersonal ist super. Der einzige Negativpunkt ist das Unterbringen der Fahrräder. Es ist kein abschließbarer Raum vorhanden. Auch keine Lademöglichkeit. Problem ist die hohe Zahl der Fahrräder. Trotzdem sollte hier eine Lösung gefunden werden.

Schönes Wellnesshotel mit kleiner Saunalandschaft im 3. Stock beheiztem Aussenpool sehr gutem Frühstück. Restaurant ala carte oder Halbpension hochpreisig. Zum Essen muss man das Hotel verlassen und einen kleinen Weg durch den Garten zurücklegen. Das Hotel liegt am Rand von Prerow Zur Ostsee läuft man 20 Minuten.

Wellness und Erholung auf der Dienstreise

Empfangs- und Servicepersonal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich wurde herzlich empfangen und es wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Alles im sehr guten Zustand und sauber. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit frischen Lebensmittel. Saunabereich ist groß und ebenfalls im tadellosen Zustand.

Mir hat schlichtweg alles gefallen. Beeindruckend: die Ruhe im Haus trotz des großen Komplexes, das vielfältige Angebot punkto Freizeitgestaltung, die Dezenz und Entspanntheit im Frühstückssaal, schönes Zimmer mit schönem Bad und (!) mit Balkon. Ganz wichtig: sehr nettes und sympathisches Personal!!! Ich werde wiederkommen, dann aber mit mehr Zeit.

Zimmer zum wohlfühlen, Bad extrem eng, Gastronomie, Restaurant, Bar außerhalb vom Hotel (unangenehm bei Kälte, Wind, Sturm, Regen), Restautant durch die Bauform nicht gemühtlich, besonders am Abend beim Dinner, (keine Tischdecken, keine Dekoration, auch gleiche Platzdeckchen wie zum Frühstück, Jacken der Gäste hängen meist über den Stühlen), das Restaurant hat keine Speisekarte zur Auswahl, drei Gänge Menü für den Abend vorgegeben (Vorsuppe, Fleisch, Fisch oder vegitarisch, Dessert) muss bis Mittag reserviert / vorbestellt werden, Hotel hat keine überdachte, geschützte Verbindung zum Außenpool - bei jedem Wetter muss man im Bademantel auch durch den Empfangsbereich, Eingang des Hotels, durch den Garten zum Pool, Verbindung Sauna - Pool somit auch nicht gegeben, Getränkeautomaten auf dem Hotelflur, Hotel abseits, liegt fußläufig doch recht weit vom Strand und dem Zentrum entfernt, gut geeignet für Radfahrer und Wanderfreunde mit längeren Touren, in der winterlichen Zeit mit kälteren Temperatuten, Wind und Regen habe ich das Hotel mit seinen Besonderheiten nicht ideal empfunden

Ein Garni-Aufenthalt zum Hotelpreis

Ich hatte für eine Nacht gebucht und musste bei Anreise um 17.30 Uhr erfahren, dass im Hotelrestaurant eine geschlossene Gesellschaft die Versorgung der Hotelgäste mit Essen verhinderte. In den besseren Restaurants in Prerow war alles reserviert. Das Essen, das ich dann zu mir nehmen konnte, hat meinen Magen die ganze Nacht beschäftigt. Wenigsten hat die Frühstücksversorgung geklappt und war dem Zimmerpreis (am 19. November) angemessen. Ein Handtuch im Badezimmer war verschlissen und hatte ein Loch. Hier sollte regelmäßig überprüft werden.
