“The hotel has excellent parking facilities, which is important in Puglia where parking can be challenging and confusing!
Hotel itself is 10-15 minute walk to old town, which is fine and has a nice rooftop terrace bar and restaurant.
Rooms are nice and comfortable, with good views over Ostuni (see photos).
Breakfast is fine.
The only negative is it is €40 to use the indoor pool (in the spa) which seemed expensive!”

Every inch of the hotel was clean, the linens always smelled subtly of fresh lavender, and the food and cocktails were amazing. 10/10 experience. “The location is great for walking around the city, once you find it. The property relies entirely of WiFi, which some times is poor in Ostuni. It is virtually impossible to drop off your luggage in front of the hotel, which is on a dead end street, meaning you will need to precariously back out on a tiny street filled with crowds of people if you find it. This is especially tough for single travelers.
Once you do arrive you will need to contact the virtual staff to enable entrance through WiFi...
“Our stay was very disappointing from start to finish.
Upon arrival, we waited around 30 minutes outside the entrance gate as no one responded to our calls or the doorbell. Check-in was minimal and we were not shown the property, only taken directly to our room.
The air conditioning in the room was not working, despite being told it would be repaired. It remained broken, and the room temperature exceeded 30°C at night, making it impossible to sleep. No staff were reachable, and we were completely...
