"The only bad thing is restaurant is not in the hotel you have to go to another building for breakfast.
But food was worth it!
Hotel Staff absolutely great!

"Rooms are very comfortable with amazing views of the valley.
Food is exceptional.
Wine has a great selection… we liked the Serene.
Andi is a fantastic server with excellent knowledge and tips!
The wine tour and tasting was an additional plus for us- we loved every minute!!"
"Advertised as a 4 star hotel, but this rating feels very generous. Unless your standards are fairly low, it’s difficult to consider this a true 4-star experience.
The hotel is located around a 10-minute walk from the start of the old town and close to the pedestrian street, which is convenient but somewhat away from the best part of
Breast.
The building itself is certainly impressive from the outside, with large faux Greco-Roman columns and grand architecture with massive dome at the top . It was originally built in 2009 with the intention of becoming a university, which perhaps explains the unusual design. Guests enter via a red-carpeted staircase leading up to reception.
Unfortunately, the welcome was underwhelming, as the receptionist was not particularly friendly or welcoming. The room rate only included parking, accommodation, and breakfast — notably, there was no included access to the spa or pool. In fact, both were closed during our stay. We were told the spa would cost an additional €40 unless booking a treatment, while pool access was €10 per person.
The interior corridors on the first floor felt tired and dusty, with a lingering smell throughout. Even after check-in time, there was visible housekeeping activity, with bedding and supplies left outside rooms while cleaners continued working.
We were upgraded to Room 110, described as a suite, although it was really just a larger room with a seating area and table. The room did include a coffee machine. The king-"
"Nice Hotel in the heart of the old town of Berat. Near the castle, but an uphill walk for all of it. Lots of nearby restaurants. The staff was very friendly."
"This is a charming pension-style hotel with beautifully maintained rooms and lovely common areas. The bed was comfortable and the hot water plentiful. The breakfast was very pleasant. Hotelier permitted an early check-in without problems."
"Careful: Front desk will try to trick you and charge you more
The area is breath-taking, the weather was awesome.
Breakfast was good, and the staff there were nice people
Front desk person was not nice: the front desk person tried to take money from us without due right. We requested a late checkout, and he checked with the manager and told us that we have until 1pm, and if we stay 1 minute longer we would have to pay 20 Euros per room (we had 5 rooms), and we were down 12:45pm to make sure we do not exceed the allowed time, and then he requested 20 Euros per room because we stayed beyond 12pm (the original checkout time). When we told him that he allowed us to stay until 1pm, he lied and said that I told you this was for a charge, when we insisted, he said, I have cameras monitoring the lobby and everything is recorded, and when we insisted to see the video to prove that he told us that we will be charged for the the extra hour, he just said: never mind, I will just not charge you."
"The scenery in this valley was gorgeous. My hiking, biking, & walking experience perfect. The natives were friendly people. The hotel restaurant was awesome. From the soup & salads to the roasted bbq lamb to the chicken & “rosnisat” AWESOME. The staff was nice. The proprietors were on site and very caring to their guests. “I’LL BE BACK”"
