“The bedsheets had stains and the bathtub was blocked up and leaked so the floors was wet.
Bathroom was dirty especially the toilet seats.
The air conditioner also leaked into the room The rooms smelled musty. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room.
The staff on the intercom was rude.
The lift/ elevator does not work.
Generally a lot of improvement is needed.”
