"A nice stopover on way from Niseko to Sapporo. Lovely large rooms. Did not love everything from the kaiseki dinner but the beef sukiyaki was good. Booked the private cypress bath so that we could bathe as a family but i would skip this next time and head straight for the public bath on the high level - large with a view of the forest."

"Amazing ryokan style hotel, highly recommended. The omakase dinner and breakfast were both delicious. Surpassed our expectations with the hotel and the surrounding area. Beautiful place with lots of outdoor activities depending on the season. We visited during November and it was the most beautiful place we seen in Hokkaido, including the drive into and out of it. This place would be our top priority when we visit Hokkaido again. "

"Got a room with its own tub and it was absolutely amazing! Watching the morning dawn snow covered scenery, as well as the sunset and night views, from the room and the tub was so relaxing! I ended up soaking every chance I could get! There was also tons of space to spread out! The staff were very welcoming and multiple staffers knew English. They were able to accommodate my food preferences as well (no raw fish). I do have to note that there isn't as much variety in the meals per day as I've had...

"여자들끼리 혹은 여자 혼자 오기에 좋았습니다. 숙소에서 향이 나고 음악소리도 나며 곳곳은 아름답게 꾸며져 있습니다. 방도 예쁘고요. 쉬고 싶을 때 좋을 거 같아요. 다만 식사가 조금 아쉬워요. 저녁은 그런대로 잘 먹었는데 아침식사가 주먹밥인데 그다지 맛이 없어요. 건강한 삼각김밥 먹는 기분이라, 호텔 조식 뷔페가 그립더라고요. 그래도 전체적인 느낌이 좋아서 또 갈 것 같아요. 그리고 마시지도 진짜 좋았습니다. 다음에는 미리 예약하고 오려고 합니다. "

Our room had traditional tatami mats, a view into a small garden and a glorious bathroom with a mini-onsen bath, supplied direct from the source. The main onsen is serene, with indoor and outdoor baths. The bathrooms are generously supplied with a choice of beauty products. We had dinner included, a sumptuous, traditional meal. The bar is well stocked and all-inclusive, including hard-to-get Japanese...

"早く到着してしまいましたが、チェックイン対応等ありがとうございました。無料駐車場も利用させて頂き、札幌の街を十分に散策することが出来ました。お部屋の設備も完備。広めの2ドア冷蔵庫。電子レンジ。電磁調理器。エアコン、ドライヤ。調理道具類やお皿、コップ等々と…。ベットやお部屋、お風呂も広々としており、大満足でゆっくりすることが出来ました。連泊させて頂いたのですが、温泉の源泉が2日目不足するようでした。他の部屋で多く使われた為ではないかと…。バスタオルやフェイスタオル等は連泊分ご用意いただければありがたく。もしくは干せるところがあれば助かると思いました。それから、お風呂のシャワーを利用すると、「トントン」と音がすると家族が言っておりました。私は聞いていないのですが…。一度、点検されてはいかがでしょうか？近くの観光スポットや美味しい食べ物やお店をお部屋にご紹介されてはいかがでしょうか。"
