Friendly staff, right across the street from a hub for the homeless & substance use. Got a little rowdy, paramedics & police on scene, one naked girl, others running into the streets fighting & impeding traffic.

To start this is NOT a downtown Ottawa hotel. Location is horrible and unsafe. Homeless people and drug users in every direction. Upon arriving i noticed a fair amount of blood on the floor in the elevator. I was put in a handicap room that didn’t feel cozy or comfortable. I have stayed in several hotels in Ottawa over the years and will never go back to this one or recommend it to anyone.

The facility is great! Room is clean and large. Very comfortable beds and great decor. The only thing concerned us is the center for mental health and addiction nearby with quite unpleasant scene. Though the hotel has good security which really helps us.

The room is very clean and comfortable . Like it so much. As it’s located at downtown, the space for parking is limited, so each day it requires to pay around $20 per car. I didn’t think of it but understood it

The hotel is a nice building with lovely amenities in one of the worst areas of Ottawa (across from the shelter, and within the city services cluster.) The location is in one of the most traffic congested areas in Ottawa with only one way surround the hotel. Nice spot inside, but not for $260 a night.
