“This is an excellent, well-maintained, family-owned/run motel. Very clean. We will not hesitate to stay here again. It is close to the freeway but farther away than the cluster of chain motels. The neighborhood is walk-able, and a grocery store is a matter of steps away. A+.”

“Service excellence, staff were all friendly and helpful, adequate stay for the price. Much older hotel, and low price so you get whatcha get along with that.
But we were happy to save and make do.”

“Clean, affordable room. Right in the heart of Madison. 7 minutes from Main Street, we came for the Ohio Theater Horror Film Festival, and it was a perfect location. Clifty Falls 8 minutes away too!
Late night Culvers run and fun shopping right next door.
Very friendly staff. Coffee, Juice, pastries, fruit and waffles free for breakfast. Very nice hotel.”
