โA lovely property in a lovely tiny community with a centuries old church in its front yard. The hotel building is a beautiful mix of Scandinavian design with boho mountain elements of plants, books, local artifacts, etc. The staff is delightful from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was a multi course meal served at the table smoothie, cereal, egg dish, waffles, coffee and dessert, in addition to self service of cheeses, meats breads, fruit, nuts, ets. I will come back to Gasthof. โ
โHotel Merano is a lovely family-run hotel that exceeded our expectations. The entire place gave us a very peaceful vibe and the staff was very courteous, friendly and thoughtful from beginning to end. We were a bit worried that we would feel out of place with a toddler (since the hotel tends to be quiet) but we didnโt feel that way at all. โGreat historic hotel, ideally located close to the Roman bridge in a park-like setting. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. We enjoyed the facilities - both pools, the hot tub, and the lounging area. Excellent breakfast. I canโt wait to visit again!โ
