Air conditioning fine. Breakfast was NOT included (avocado, mangos not ripe, coffee not very good) in the room price; room itself all marble, but two small rugs were very dirty, lighting was poor both in the room and the bathroom.
Most of the staff were friendly, but only a couple were able to communicate at all well in English. There should have been English instructions in the room for working things like the TV (complicated).

Quite nice and clean room. But the pool was lacking. No guard on duty, jetcuzzi function was not great, and not warm. The shower down stairs was broken and did 🚫 t seem to have hot water.
Buffet was alright. Great great. But not terrible.
