“Ouidah is my favorite place in the whole world and this hotel offers a peaceful getaway that I would choose over and over again. I recommend the sea view rooms, though the lakeview are nice as well. “I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. Even tho I was given a receipt with the amount to be refunded. Now I am filling a claim with my bank. There is a surprising lack of hooks to hang up towels in the bathroom, only one hook so it’s impossible to reuse towels even though that is encouraged for environmental reasons.
