After spending all day at the airport and being cancelled by my airline, I called the front desk to extend my stay another night. They were very helpful and understanding, and made a very stressful day much more pleasant. An excellent hotel"

"The room was clean and recently updated. However, the heat would not go above 19 degrees so we were quite chilly at night. The bathroom sink was also plugged and the coffee maker was out of date and operated poorly."
