"Hard to find a parking spot and walk with the luggage over the cobble stone sidewalks and turning alleys , place was nice staff was great , but the beds where soo hard and uncomfortable."

"Lovely hotel! Though I think that when a hotel is renovating they have a duty along with the travel companies like yourselves to inform the customer before booking. That is a bit sly. I found the pool menu and the room service menu very below standard. Needs improving. Overall, the hotel is very nice including the staff. Just needs a little attention with the finer details being a 5 Star hotel. Just lacks that little bit of class. "

"The hotel resides in a new american style shopping development. Whether this is good or bad depends what you are looking for. The rooms were nice, the breakfast ok. I did enjoy the adjacent CR7 sportsbar which had excellent service and draft beer -- a rarity in Morocco."
