"Firmly 4 stars. They gave me a different room to what I booked, but not better. I wasn’t too hot on the service. The staff were not as friendly and there were no amenities available. This is supposed to be a hostel, but it operates as a hotel. Location is great and decent."

"This hotel is so convenient to the airport. After a long flight, just walking to the hotel makes the difference. But the real highlight is the hotel staff. Very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when (and if) I return to beautiful Hong Kong"

"Nice clean room. If a coinvent clean room is what you are looking for this is it. Room size is manageable but on the small size. Queen bed is a bit on the firm side but is was manageable. Location is excellent right in Hong Kong central and very accessible by bus or MTR. Check in was quick and staff at desk is very accommodating. It is very nice that you can leave your luggage with front desk on check out if you plan on doing activities after check out."

"We had a one night stay en route from Australia to England. The hotel is very clean and modern and our room was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was particularly spacious and well set out. Staff were very friendly and helpful, our breakfast was great, with many choices at the buffet and the hotel shuttle bus was very convenient. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended."
