"One blanket for a two bed room. A rude and thoughtless front desk clerk who wanted to be as unhelpful as possible with basic amenities. My significant other had asked for another blanket at the front desk and was told "We don't have anymore and the laundry lady has already left for the night". I did not trust leaving belongings unattended. AC issues in room. Badly maintained property, one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. "

"Rooms were below average. Room did not look like the pictures on site. Ants coming out of bathroom faucet. Wouldn’t stay here again. "

"There was no soap of any kind in the room. Elevator was dirty. A dog peeded in the elevator."

"Breakfast was good and served fresh. Starbucks was a nice treat and the Wildwood Bar staff were pleasant. The pool was clean and stocked with towels. My kids enjoyed the inside/ outside option. Only downfall was our room was never cleaned or restocked with towels/washcloths. We had to hunt down the cleaners each day for clean linen. When we checked in there was dirty trash and linen left infront of our room and wasnt picked up until the next day after mentioning it to staff."

"Toilet seat in room was loose making it difficult to sit down. Bed mattress is so low to the ground making it difficult to stand. Great for college kids. Not so great for older folks. Great stay other than these 2 issues "

"No, the airport shuttle was not available for the time we were there. They said it was because of the ACHA Hockey Championships bein held in the Centenne Arena, they were concentrating on that service. There are two shuttle busses sitting in front of the hotel. Yes, I used the shuttle to the rink, but it was not always available. We were promised a room cleaning twice while we were there from March 14 to 20. We had to ask for new towels and where to empty the garbage. The last day, the 19, a maid came to our room to see if we wanted it cleaned, I declined. The hallways had litter in the floors for 2 or 3 days in a row. I stay in a lot of hotels, for the price, the service was less than adequate. If they are short on staff and we have to do their job, I should think the price should reflect this."

"We enjoyed a comfortable 2 day stay at The Drury Plaza Hotel. The room was clean and adequate , the lobby area was inviting and the staff was very courteous. The meals were delicious and the Happy Hour was a welcome addition to the stay . I will definitely stay at another Drury Hotel for my future travels."
