"We went during the off season. Not many people in town. It is obvious this is an older hotel that has been recently refurbished. They did a fantastic job on the refurbishment. It looks nice. It is incredibly clean. The price for what we got was absolutely unbelievable. We were able to stay 5 nights for the price of two nights most anywhere else. I know that price changes depending on the time of year, but for staying in April it was fantastic. Extremely friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Walls could be thicker or more soundproof but that goes with the age. We actually liked it so much, we ended up staying an extra night than we planned. "

"I really like this property. The hotel’s style is a must-see, so many thoughtful details that transport you to another time. It’s truly unique. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere; you can barely hear any noise from other rooms. The beds are super comfortable, and the shower is excellent. My only complaint is about the towels, they were so old I thought they might tear. Otherwise, my stay was great. We’ll definitely be back."

"We have stayed at the Stone castle in the past and it is perfect for our needs. Located off the main “strip” the hotel is quiet, clean and the staff is very friendly. Is it fancy ? No Is it luxurious? No But the beds are comfy, the rooms are clean and the staff are attentive and very friendly and the breakfasts are good! What more do you need?"
