"The staff, from the check in guest desk to the valet people and the dining room everyone was so nice and polite and make us feel sooo welcome, always greeting us with a smile.
We didn’t have the best room view (a wall) but we were not much at the room.
Breakfast is simple, same variety each morning. Coffee was excellent. Liked their happy hour with food and drinks, that food was simple too but different each evening. Walkable to most places or an uber away. I liked the valet service. Definitely will stay here again. Thanks! "
"Great Customer Services throughout our entire stay! Perfect hotel when you’re in town for a Pens game.
Hotel manger Debbie was an absolute Doll. My husband and I will Deff be returning. "
"Nice room, wonderful bathroom and a great bar downstairs. The bird motif throughout the hotel was whimsical, and the living room comfortable. The coffee could have been hotter. All in all, a great stay!"
