It was a bit strange but the guy said it was better then the actual property we were suppsed to stay at. Ended up being closer to the train station, which was good for us. "Checking in for really hard. I was late for the check-in for which I was charged $20 in cash. There was no mention of anything like late fee of $20 in the booking. I didn’t had cash so I had to wait for a long time and walk around with person helping me check-in before I enter at the midnight. The neighborhood was really really loud throughout the night and also did not feel safe. There was no temperature control in the humidity of Venice which made it really difficult to sleep well. "The service was horrible and the hotel itself is in horrible shape. It looks like a crack house. Do not get fooled by the photo. When we arrived, the receptionist said all rooms were booked out and was going to send us to another building - even though we made our reservation weeks in advance. They were rude and dismissive. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was an awful way to start our trip. We ended up staying at Hotel Casa W instead and that’s a true reflection of Italian...

"Tried to contact “hotel” via phone number & message to ask about luggage storage but never replied or contacted back. After reading the bad reviews booked other lodgings as could not confirm if they had luggage storage or elevators. "

"Room was clean. Bathroom needs some updating, but was accommodating. Room was comfy and air conditioned. Tv came with lots of apps: Netflix, Hulu, Crunchyroll, etc. The bus to Venice was very close and easy to navigate. Make sure to contact the host via WhatsApp!"

Il personale gentile e disponibile ma non era presente all'arrivo nell' orario di check in indicato e abbiamo dovuto aspettare 20 minuti. Camera abbastanza confortevole, letti comodi, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Lascia a desiderare la pulizia km generale e l'attenzione ai dettagli. Parcheggio interno disponibile. "
