Breakfast was a hit… every morning Marta was in the breakfast room singing soothing karaoke oldies! Also the staff was a great help to find a laundromat and grocery store… there are neither in Marzamemi itself. It’s a very small town, but lots of cafes.

Molto bene! Small cozy clean with the friendliest staff. We felt like staying with the family. Excellent breakfast with delicious capuccino every morning. Perfect location: at the entrance to the main street and next to the Interbus stop to get to the towns nearby.

Buona accoglienza e buona colazione con dolci fatti come in casa frutta succhi yogurt, quasi tutto dolce. Camera e bagno puliti con tutti i confort. Il cambio degli asciugamani era deciso da noi. Il parcheggio privato perfetto. Il letto comodo con la scelta dei cuscini.

Buon albero, vicino al centro, personale sempre gentile e cordiale, molto comodo il parcheggio. Nonostante le restrizioni anti-Covid la colazione non perde nulla... ci sono sempre varietà di torte fatte in casa e dopo aver scelto viene portato al tavolo dalla cameriera... Unica pecca l insonorizzazione delle camere... si sente tutto!

Good apartment with nice views from the balcony. Basic linen and bedding. Clean. Helpful host. Walking distance to Marzamemi. The restaurant next door L’Approdo is amazing freshest seafood and fish ever!

We had great room with balcony, but when you looked out first thing we saw was an empty lot with lots of weeds. That was the only drawback. They had great breakfast kept our room very clean and most of all the four ladies that worked there very pleasant and friendly. The hotel is close restaurants and shops. Enjoyed our stay Joe Crisafi

È vicinissima al centro pulsante del borgo, pur rimanendo un pochino decentrata. Tutto intorno, a cinque minuti di cammino, ristoranti, bar e pasticcerie di ogni tipo.... L'hotel è essenziale, decisamente più adatto ad un soggiorno estivo, ma comunque è nuovo e ben fornito di tutto. Comodissimo il parcheggio, soprattutto se si considera che in tutto il borgo esiste la zona a traffico limitato e i veicoli vanno lasciati all'esterno. Proprietari gentili e molto ospitali.
