"Nanuku is a rare gem. It is a gated resort so it feels completely removed from the rest of the world. Also, as a single female traveler, it made me feel so safe to walk along the paths and beach after dark knowing that no one could enter the property without a reason. The room was beautiful. They have been refurbishing many of the rooms and I was in one of the newer ones. It was modern and I really appreciated having my own refigerator and a microwave. The best part of Nanuku is their staff!!...

"Well…from the moment we arrived to the day of departure, the level of service we received was truly first class. We arrived in the late afternoon & was exhausted from all day travelling. Grant (one of the hosts) was so accommodating organising some light refreshments brought to our room. "The staff were wonderful and the food was good. The facilities are poor - walkways are broken, my son fell through a wooden bridge that had rotted, the volleyball stake fell over rotten and wasn't repaired until my husband did it himself. The beds are terrible, very old and uncomfortable. No WiFi in the rooms,only in the reception/restaurant. The price is very high for what you get."

"Beqa Lagoon Resort was an absolutely phenomenal experience for us. The location is beautiful and relaxing, the prepaid meal plan (3 meals a day) is delicious, and all the activities the resort put on are fun and engaging.
