There is shopping center in the tower and a lot of restaurants and cafes outside. Many Malls and attractions nearby walking distance. Staff are amazing and friendly. Loved the experience. "

Very slow lifts and long waits - took 20 mins to get from room to breakfast area. Long queues at checkout. Free wifi at lobby limited to 15 mins. False advise given by checkout lady. Local people also advised me that this is not a good place to stay. I know for next time!"

"I stayed here for a business trip and booked a specific room type based on its layout from a previous stay. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was assigned a different room as an “upgrade,” which I had not requested. When I asked about the room I had reserved, I was told it was unavailable. As a solo traveler, the larger layout did not add value and felt unnecessarily spacious rather than comfortable. The staff were polite and professional, and the overall service was acceptable. However, there were several operational details that affected the stay. The wardrobe and bathroom had a noticeable odor, and during a previous visit, the bathroom drain had not been properly cleaned. In addition, the elevators were quite slow during peak hours. While the stay was manageable, I would likely consider other options if given a choice in the future. I hope improvements can be made in room allocation and housekeeping standards."
