"Great location. Very friendly staff. The only suggestion I have is make sure all the bathroom fans are working because there is a musty smell as you walk into the rooms (maybe also the age of the hotel?)"

"Room was very clean. Very comfortable bed. Staff was helpful with providing dinner recommendation. However, we weren't that impressed with the local restaurants we visited. The coffee shop in the hotel was really great. They have a nice little library. I enjoyed a wonderful book from it. The hotel is close to the bay, and a wonderful walking path. Trolly outfront takes you directly to the Aquarium. Parking easy, but $15, much less than San Francisco parking"

Perfectly situated in Nob Hill, the hotel puts you within a very short walk to fantastic dining options along Polk Street. Getting around the city is effortless, with convenient access to public transit right outside, plus reliable car service availability via Waymo and Uber. The property offers great amenities for families and travelers alike. The pool and gym access are fantastic, with the gym open 24 hours and a convenient laundry facility on-site. The on-site restaurant delivers great meal service, making dining in exceptionally easy after a long day of exploring. Additionally, having a hospital nearby adds an extra layer of peace of mind. Considering the unbeatable location, excellent amenities, and very reasonable room rates, this hotel easily earns a 5-star rating. Highly recommended for families visiting San Francisco!"

"I thought we had the shuttle service to Disney but it ended in March so we were disappointed about that. Breakfast buffet was good and it’s very close to the plaza, which has many stores and restaurants."
