The hotel was ideal for whatvwe needed for our trip. Andrea who checked us in was lovely , explaining all we needed to know about the hotel and it's facilities. The location was perfect for us getting in and out of town too We did not take breakfast so cannot comment further on this

The Hotel has an excellent location in the fringe of Padua old town. My room was very spacious and also had access to the roof top terrace. the hotel needs just a bit of minor maintenance to be very good. Staff was always available and provided excellent service. another great feature is the car park in the backyard.

Room needs upgrading, but it was clean and bed comfortable. Very easy to get around by walking but also very convenient parking behind hotel. Staff was very polite and helpful, breakfast was delicious.

I did not receive the VIP offers. We’re all the location is really good to go walking in sight. We didn’t like the shower because the way that the screen is placed create a lot of spill into the shower. Breakfast was excellent.

It hard to understand the rating that had been assigned to this hotel. Whilst the staff were charming, the room was filthy and in bad repair. I’m not sure I have ever slept in such an uncomfortable bed. The breakfast was basic and whilst the coffee was good, the quality of the rest was lacking. The massages was however very good.

The room was ok, staff friendly and helpful, Wi-Fi efficient, breakfast was ok. However I specifically wanted a room with air condition. I kept complaining to them that their air condition isn’t working properly, they gave me the runaround suggesting that it was the impact of the sun on the window that made my room sooooooo hot, they checked the A.C several times, and said it was working, I needed to be patient. I asked for a room change but they were fully booked. Eventually a staff member told me that it was broken and they were working on fixing it. (I stayed there with a fan which was a bad idea because of my allergies, but I had no choice), and Italy is sooo hot by this time of year. Will I return back there NEVER!

Nice staff and very clean. The door handles are sharp and I ended scratching my wrist twice. Asked for a spare pillow and was told “no sorry, no spare pillow as we’re fully booked” which made me laugh. Lovely staff at reception, very friendly.

Für einen Zwischenstopp rein aufs übernachten priorsiert völlig ausreichend. Wer dennoch ein kleines Luxus-Gefühl benötigt Bucht einen Termin im angeschlossen Spa 😉 Zimmer: 3 Service: 4 | Standort: 4 Zimmer: + Alles notwendige vorhanden. - TV nur auf italienisch. + Kopfkissen und Matratze sehr bequem. - Viele kleine/mittlere Beschädigungen an dem Inventar, Fußboden und Badezimmerwandgestaltung + Sonnenliegen auf der Terrasse sehr gut - Markise kann nicht ausgefahren werden & kein Licht draußen +/- Klimaanlage wird Zentral über das Hotel gesteuert, nur geringe Variation den ausströmen den Lufttemperatur möglich Aktivitäten in der Nähe: Museum und Theater (wer's mag) Ladengeschäfte Restaurants (Achtung Ferienzeit beachten) Fußläufigkeit: Centrum und Spar-Markt gut zu Fuß zu erreichen Speisen und Getränke: Kleine Bar mit gängigen Getränken, neben an ist auch eine externe Bar Frühstück etwas eintönig Nennenswertes: Parkplatz im Innenhof Highlights des Hotels: Ruhig

Die Lage war spitze, alles gut zu Fuß machbar. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, die Dachterrasse hätte etwas schöner gestaltet sein können. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war okay, allerdings war die Enge zwischen den Tischen schrecklich.
