As booked, this was a well located city centre hotel. The room was OK, the breakfast quite basic.
However this was not a usual hotel - it resembled a University style campus lodging house or part of an office building. Judging by the other guests, more likely the former.
Stay here if you are planning a trip in Padua. Yes it’s a little hidden, but it’s 10 mins from the shopping district and around all the tourist attractions
A little difficult to find so make sure you know the location but great location in the walkable city of Padua and very nice staff. Reminded me of an assisted living facility but in a good way
For a budget-friendly hotel, this place delivered! Its location near the University and tourist sites was ideal. The rooms were clean, and the friendly staff made our stay comfortable. The breakfast was standard but generous, and the secure parking was a real plus. But the real treat was the room's stunning view overlooking Padova – truly unforgettable.
Superb!!! Wonderful stay. Personnel are friendly and so helpful. Will stay again next time in Padova!!! Central location. Francesco was extraordinarily welcoming, helpful, and professional. Thank you.
Excellent location close to the train station just outside of old town. Short walks to downtown attractions or to the trains for trips to Venice or Vicenza.
3 night stay cycling and walking in and around Padua. Great hotel for cycling with safe rooftop cycle storage. Clean, quiet, and with useful shared kitchen. Good location, walked to hotel from the train station.
We stay there for 1 night. The host was very nice and very informative. When we told her we will be leaving early, she went out of her way to bring us breakfast in our room.
The place is clean and well maintained.
A simple former convent, functional and pleasant. Well located for walking into Padua historic centre. Spacious room. Roof terrace. Value for money. Walking distance to Padua railway station.
Nice people. The bed though was low to the ground and VERY hard with not very comfortable pillows. The breakfast was excellent (Continental style). Plenty of hot water but very small shower, but that is normal in Italy. Good location and friendly staff. 8/10 overall

Odd access, but convenient
This is a quirky place. It’s on the fourth floor and accessed through the back of the building - it’s a strange place to find a hotel. The staff are friendly, but not always present. It felt a bit like an institution rather than a hotel, but is convenient, clean and a good price. The room is spacious and fine
Staff was incredibly helpful when we needed assistance attending to local business. Our flight was severely delayed but they were gracious and attentive to our late arrival.
Room was clean and comfortable. A little noisy in the hallway with late night arrivals as tile floors convey every tap and voices through the thin walls and doors.

Good but cleaning issues should be solved
Positives; Helpfull and kind staff, good location, enough comfort.
Negatives; Smell coming from toilet, big cockroach we found at the morning in the room, thin walls you hear the next room clearly.

I arrived after the A/C was turned off father season And it it uncomfortably hot. Leaving the windows open meant letting the mosquitoes in! Thankfully they found a fan for me.
