“The place is well located if you want to stay in Aguas Claras zone, but if your intention is to be close do city centre, this is not your place. The room was well cleaned and the communication with the host was good. However so points for me are a dealbreak and reason I would not book this place again: BED- to access the bed you need to “jump” or be on your knees on a wood, super uncomfortable and for someone older I cannot even imagine! There is not eletric plugs close to the bed, so you cannot...

“Very unhappy with the communication from this place! We missed one night because how this place operates! First you get a message after you book that everything is set and you good to go. Them when you get there on the site said you have until 19:00 to check in, when you get there no one was there and didn’t answered the phone and plus the address on the reservation it’s completely different from the actual place! Terrible experience! ”
